As a first time mother and a compulsive experimenter of all “cool” and functional baby products, I have to admit that I am now on my forth infant/ toddler carrier.

I have been using the Lille baby carrier for a couple of months now and I have to admit that I love it. It has united the components that I liked from the other carriers and even added some upgrades.

Some features that work best for me are:

    - The shoulder straps are narrow, allowing me put on a jacket over the carrier without the bulk. As a petit woman (5′3), the shoulder straps sit on my body, rather than slipping to the side. Once this carrier is on, it feels comfortable and never moves out of place.

    - Her weight sits my hips, allowing me to take hour + long hikes with a 24 lb baby with ease. I have hiked with her on the front (front and back facing) and on my back. The different positions have been great for when my daughter gets fussy. As soon as we change up the position she relaxes. I have even had her on my side, allowing me to “carry” her without the weight on my arms.

    - Lightweight but very durable. This is an easy carrier to use in the hot weather, and it is less bulky for packing. It fits under the stroller, in the diaper bag and even in a purse.

Overall, I am very satisfied and know that with the next child, I can stick with one carrier.

Disclaimer: As a professional baby planner, I received this carrier without being charged. My opinions are honest and true to my experience. I have already made recommendations for this carrier to friends.

After my son grew out of the baby bjorn we looked into the ergo baby. The ergo baby was very comfortable but we found it to be too bulky which is why we bought the lille baby. This carrier is very light, easy to use and not as bulky so you can toss it into your diaper bag.

This company also has great customer service. One of the buckles on the strap broke so I wrote to the company to see if I could get the buckle replaced. They responded to my email within 2 days and a week later I had a whole new set of replacement buckles (shoulder, waist and back)!

Humm, I haven’t had any of the problems the other reviewer had. It’s true if you don’t actually clip the belt on, then it won’t stay around your waist (duh). Maybe in a future model they can use a different type of fastener; however, I personally have no issues with it.

In fact, I use this carrier all the time. It’s actually made my strollers get way LESS use–most of the time I take my now-six-month-old on walks, I just throw on the EveryWear because it’s easier than using the stroller and I honestly think he likes seeing the world from a higher point of view than the stroller. (Plus it gives Mom a better workout too!)

We traveled all around the country and to Europe using this carrier. I like that you can varry the carrying positions and also love the fact that it has built in pockets for a diaper and travel wipes (and I can tuckin my wallet and cell phone and I’m good to go). It’s also very compact when I want to pack it away… I looked into the Ergo first but I didn’t really love the canvas fabrics they used (and you can’t get the forward facing option either). Definately happy with the purchase!

I LOVE THIS CARRIER! Before I purchased the EveryWear, I was using an Eddie Bauer sling and a Snugli but all the weight was on one shoulder and my 12 lb. baby was getting too heavy to carry for long periods of time. I tried a Bjorn and liked it, but knew that it would only be a matter or time before my daughter would get too heavy for that, too.

I was recommended the Ergo and the Beco since they can be used on the front or back and is supposed to be better for baby, too. My daughter has been so used to riding facing outward that I wasn’t sure how she would like facing me. Along came the Lillebaby EveryWear! Not only does it have the ergonomic hip support, but it also has the option for the baby to face outward (an option that the Ergo/Beco doesn’t have). And although this shouldn’t matter, in my opinion, it’s also a more attractive looking carrier than the Ergo.

It doesn’t take a genius to figure out how to wear the baby in front of you, but it is more difficult in the backpack position. I would recommend practicing with someone behind you to offer support. I haven’t tried the hip position yet but I like that it’s an option. I also like the detachable sleephood which is also nice to shade the baby from sunlight. When I go for a short walk, the front pocket holds my essentials: cell phone & keys. It’s also folds easily and isn’t too bulky for when I need to slip it under my stroller for those just-in-case moments when my daughter would rather ride on me than in her wheels.

She falls asleep very easily in the Everywear, especially when facing me. I don’t have her facing outward as much as I thought I would since she seems more comfortable in the seat when she faces me. In fact, my babygirl loves the Lillebaby so much that she smiles when she sees me putting it on… and on a few occasions, she has cried when I remove her from it!

This carrier might not have as many fans as the Ergo, but it hasn’t been around as long. I think Lillebaby took what everyone loves about the Ergo, and improved upon its complaints. If you get this carrier, you’ll want to take it EVERYWEAR!

This carrier is chiropractic recommended. It spreads the weight evenly over your body and concentrated the weight on your hips so is it really comfy and you hardly even feel the weight of your child, even a heavy one like my bruiser!

It is really well made and super cofrotable and has lots of padding. It actually has a good size pocket for storing things too! I like the way it looks too, it is really sleek. I really like the weather hood too.

I tried over 8 different slings and carriers and this is by far the best one, all the others felt heavy, I feel so light and nimble in this one! And my baby loves it, he always sleeps in it!

It is also rcommended for baby because it supports his hips instead of concentrating his weight on his spine for porpper growth and development. The bjorn and infantino carriers are not good for a baby for long wear or to be used often. If you use it as hip, inward and back carrier in the wide seat setting this is idea for your baby’s spine.

This is by far the best carrier on the markey and I highly recommend it!
