my husband and i bought this one when my son turned 3 months old. it was a choice between a swing, a bouncer and this one, a rocker. we had a difficult time picking out which one would best fit our son. we wanted something that he wouldn’t outgrow and is worthy of its price. and we end up with this…which we had no regrets at all. it’s very easy to assemble. very light and easy to carry around the house with my son at hand. has 2 reclining position which helped position my 3-1/2 month son, who couldn’t even sit up well. the seat belts put my son securely in place even when i leave him by himself, just don’t forget to pull up the bar below to restrain the chair from rocking. the toy bar is great. it’s soft and cushiony. has a color that stimulates the visual development of a baby. it holds 3 different hanging toys. best of all, my son just loved pulling the monkey to hear it’s music the moment he turned 4-1/2 months. the monkey became his favorite companion even when we were out.my son lounges on his rocker while watching tv, mouthing his toes and fingers, eating, waiting for mom to get free from urgent household chores (which doesn’t take long actually), and most of the time for afternoon naps.my son is now 6 months old and he still loves his rocker. we got a full-sized swing recently and he wasn’t as enthusiastic to ride it as he was with his rocker. so we end up returning the swing and settle for the ever lovable rocker instead.

After reading reviews of other bouncer/rockers, I decided to get this one for our four month old. I was so pleased with how versatile it is. The seat back has two positions, the toys can either hang from the bar or attach to the seat, the vibrator is really strong and takes a D battery so it won’t die quickly, and it even leans back stationary with the stand. My son was all smiles when we put him in it and I am so glad to buy a product that will last a long time. It holds up to 40 pounds! It wasn’t hard to assemble and doesn’t rock too far forward. I think you’ll really be pleased with this rocker!

Don’t get a bouncy seat, they grow out of them so quickly! This is wonderful and it grows with your child. At 2 months, my son could actually make it rock on his own so the toys would move. We have taken it on travel because he enjoys it and you can pop up the stand and he can sleep in it as well. Older children love it as a rocker too!

When my granddaughter was born I bought this as a way when I was cleaning or doing other things around the house to keep her in the same room with me. She is now 3 years old and still uses it as a rocking chair to watch movies. I have given this as a gift numerous times and everyone that has received it really loves to use it also. Much more versatile than a bouncer. The vibrator is also great when they are fussing.

The old one broke, WHILE baby was in it, slapping his head on the hardwood floor. So, my main concern for this new one was safety and STURDINESS! Well, I got it!! This thing is SOLID! It’s held together with screws and steel pins. Gotta like that. It was easy to put together, and baby seems comfortable in it. The cover comes off easily, and you can access the battery easily too — no need to take off the whole cover. The cover is held on with sturdy clips, so it’s safe too. Baby can reach the toys, and they don’t bump him on the head. The recline feature was nice too. It has buttons to raise and lower it, so it’s secure. That reclined position would have been nice when he was smaller. I’m also really pleased that this one is rated for up to 40 pounds. He’s only 4 months and already weighs over 19 pounds!!
